A few things to know about this website and the app we're building.
The app is not available for purchase or download through this website. The app-related sections below are an outline for review, not the final App Store license or subscription agreement.
1. About this website
This website is operated by Liberty Exterior LLC to explain Housenator and provide contact and support information. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass access controls, misuse its content, or access information you are not authorized to see.
The Housenator name, character, artwork, and site content are provided for viewing and learning about the product. They are not offered as a license to copy or resell the product or its branding. Third-party names belong to their respective owners.
We aim to keep the information accurate, but the site and pre-release screenshots may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every detail will remain current. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. App availability and accounts
Housenator is in preparation for App Store release. Screenshots use demo information. Features, system requirements, prices, and availability may change before launch. No release date is promised on this website.
When available, use only accounts and information you are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in information secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Final app terms and any applicable Apple license will be provided with the released app.
3. A helpful reminder, not a safety system
Housenator helps you organize user-defined home-care schedules. It does not detect the physical condition of an item, certify that equipment is safe, or replace manufacturer instructions, inspections, or professional advice.
You are responsible for choosing appropriate intervals and checking that maintenance is completed. Device permissions, Focus modes, operating system limits, connectivity, and other factors can affect notifications. Do not rely on Housenator for emergencies, medical needs, or safety-critical tasks.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
This website does not sell subscriptions, collect payment details, or accept orders. Paid features, if offered at launch, will use the App Store purchase flow. Review the price, billing period, and renewal details shown by Apple before confirming any purchase.
An automatically renewing subscription continues according to the terms shown at purchase until canceled through Apple. Deleting the app or a Housenator account does not itself cancel the subscription. Purchase restoration, cancellation, and refund eligibility are subject to the applicable Apple processes and your statutory rights.
There is no Amazon ordering or automatic purchasing of household products available through this website or the current app offering.
